Adam Esperidiao

Adam has always dreamed of working with alternative energy. His interest and dedicated brought him to Harvard where he received a B.A. in Physics in 2006. He would then work at Goldman Sachs for two years before leaving to pursue his passion.

Adam wanted do something that could make an immediate difference. In renewable energy he found an emerging industry that fulfills his love of energy and science, which provides the average homeowner stronger and safer returns than most financial investments and that has an enormous positive ecological impact.

Adam is LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst and Envelope Professional and is specialized in solar system design and engineering.

Marcos began as finish carpenter in the eighties before forming MS Construction. For the next 20 years he built an outstanding reputation of integrity and honesty working as general contractor in the greater New York area.

In a profession where good people are hard to find, Marcos distinguished himself through professional craftsmanship, attention to detail and excellent personal service. He was worked for high profile clients such as soccer great Pele, and brings a wealth of clients references that will speak his to character and reliability.

In forming Greenlane he decided to bring his experience and expertise into the field of green building and renewable energy. Marcos believes that sustainability and efficiency is the future of the construction industry.
